For clients of Anna, please read through the following policies for the re-opening of the salon:

My salon will reopen during the week of May 11.  The following are the rules and requirements in order to keep everyone healthy and to make sure that the salon can stay open.  Prior to your appointment, please read through entirely so that you know what to expect.  Thank you and I look forward to seeing you soon!

*Special Note: I will be placing an order for products in the next few days.  If you already know that you are out of items, please pre-order with me so that I can place an order for what you need.  I will send invoices out via email for prepayment on the products and have everything ready for pickup at your upcoming appointment!  You can text your order to me at (317) 696-6413.  Thanks!

Safety and Sanitation

  • Masks are required – they must have the elastic around the ears, not the ties in the back, so that I have access to your hair.  Please bring your own – I do not yet have access to disposable masks.

  • When you enter the salon, please immediately go to the bathroom and wash your hands.

  • Limit the amount of bags, drinks, etc. that you bring in to the salon.  NO FOOD, please.

  • When you arrive for your appointment, text me at (317) 696-6413 to let me know you are here and then wait in your car until I invite you in via text.

  • No additional guests or children are allowed in the salon right now.  We will not be permitting anyone in the waiting area.

  • We are limiting our schedules to only two stylists at a time.  I will still be overlapping clients so that I can get everyone in asap.  We are moving furniture to space everyone apart and I will be thoroughly sanitizing between each client (and as you move around the salon).  Bathrooms will also be sanitized regularly throughout the day.  You will NOT be the only person in the salon.  If this is a concern for your health, I request that you wait to get your hair done.  My biggest fear is that one of you gets sick after visiting my salon.

  • I am re-opening my salon because the government is allowing us to do so and because I cannot financially afford to stay closed any longer.  However, if circumstances change via the government mandates OR I no longer feel that I can keep my space safe for my stylists and guests, I will shut down again.  Please help me make sure that doesn’t have to happen by postponing your appointment if you are sick, have been sick, or have been exposed to anyone who is sick or tested positive for COVID-19.  If you show up for your appointment with symptoms, you will be asked to leave and will be charged for the service you were scheduled for.

  • If you or anyone in your household tests positive for COVID-19 within 14 days after visiting my salon, I request that you contact me.

Service and Pricing Adjustments

  • Wash out any temporary root coverage on your hair the day of the appointment.  This WILL affect the absorption of the new color and I cannot guarantee thorough coverage if your hair is not clean of these substances.  This issue is often more noticeable when roots are longer.

  • Due to the length of time since everyone’s last appointments, all gray coverage clients will be charged an additional 10% for this first appointment back after the shutdown.  This is whether or not you have colored it yourself as I will most likely need to blend it if you did.  If you colored it yourself and the color is significantly “off”, I need to know this prior to your appointment so that we can schedule a color correction.

  • ALL clients will be getting a trim during this first appointment back.  Trust me, it’s been at least seven weeks – you are due!

  • Reminder:  my prices did increase on April 1.  If you need a quote for your service, please reach out to me and I will be happy to provide that prior to your appointment.
